Why is my shopping cart empty even though I added a product?
There are two possible causes for this. One is your computer's date and time setting are not correct, and the other cause is that your web browser's security setting is too high and doesn't allow cookies. Please check the time and date setting on your computer, by double-clicking on the clock on the bottom right of your screen. Our system automatically deletes shopping carts after a few hours, so if a shopper's date or time is not current on their computer this may cause the shopping cart to be deleted.
